License

This license governs your use of the BeeraSafe platform, website, and documentation (together, "the software"). It is granted to you personally as part of the Terms of Service. Wherever these terms conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. Nothing here transfers ownership of the software to you.

Subject to the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for authorized security work on systems you own or hold written authorization to assess. Your account is personal: you may not share credentials or sessions, resell access, or provide the software to a third party as a service.

You retain ownership of the evidence, findings, case files, and repository inputs you bring to the platform, and of the analysis output generated for you. We receive a limited license to process that content solely to operate the platform, perform audits, and support the engagement — never to redistribute it. Bolt and Rampart are auditable by design: your content stays with your account unless you choose to export it.

The software's design, interface, code, product names, and the BeeraSafe trademark belong to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software, and may not use our name or logo without written permission. Portions of the software may embed or depend on open-source components, which remain subject to their own licenses.

Where the software incorporates open-source libraries or tools, those components are licensed to you under their respective open-source licenses. When a finding, package, or artifact includes its own license notice, that notice travels with the artifact and is what governs it. Rampart reads dependency records and reports each package together with the license metadata that scanner found.
