Account, entitlements, and product access

One BeeraSafe account gives you access to Bolt and Rampart organizations. Sign in once. Your organizations, teams, and roles live on the same account.

How access works

• Shared account. A single email and password grants access to the Bolt workspace and every Rampart organization you belong to.
• Organizations and roles. Rampart work happens inside organizations with roles (Owner, Admin, Security manager, Developer, Viewer). Teams group members and repositories.
• One password, one session. A single signed session cookie covers the workspace and all organization pages. Sign out once and everything signs out.
• Product access is recorded. The product you sign in through (Bolt or Rampart) is recorded on your account.

Sessions and sign-out

Sessions are 30-day HttpOnly signed cookies, limited to 6 active devices per account, and revoked on suspend or sign-out. If your session expires you are sent back to sign in with an explanatory notice.

Confirm your email

Password signups receive a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. AI runs and checkout stay locked until the inbox is confirmed; browsing stays available. Google, GitHub, and verified SSO logins confirm automatically.

Password and devices

Change your password anytime from Settings → Security; every other device signs out. The same page lists every live session — web, CLI, everywhere — with per-device revoke.

Two-factor authentication

Add an authenticator app (QR or manual key) with single-use backup codes, or a FIDO2 security key — alone or alongside the app. Password reset never clears two-factor authentication; if you lose every factor, an administrator resets it after verifying you.

Your data: export and deletion

Download everything the platform holds about your account from Settings → Security, or delete the account permanently (password plus typed DELETE). Deletion is blocked while you are the only member of an organization.

Forgot your password?

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page. You get a one-time link by email that expires in 30 minutes. Setting a new password signs out every session on the account as a precaution.
